These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Nordic International Traders EHF's Website, https://www.nordicclothing.is/By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. ​Nordic Clothing pledges complete confidentiality regarding information provided in connection with the online store and will under no circumstances hand over this information to third parties, except in the case of a police matter.

The handling of all personal information is in accordance with  Act no. 77/2000 on personal protection.

Defense Assembly Act

The provisions of the Act on door-to-door and distance sales no. 96/1992, provisions of the Act on Liquid Asset Purchase no. 50/2000 as applicable and the provisions of the Act on Consumer Purchases no. 48/2003. Issues that may arise as a result of this agreement shall be brought before the Reykjavík District Court.

Return and Exchange

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite You to review our Return and Refund Policy. 
Customer can return and exchange a product for another product or credit within 14 days. 
Customer who purchase online www.nordicclothing.is: 
According to the rules for electronic purchases, you may cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. Should you want to return or exchange the product you bought from us, that's no problem. 

Refund Policy

In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:

  1. Product must be returned in its original packaging

  2. Product wasn't used or damaged

  3. Product must include original tags (if applicable)

  4. Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

The return of the product is the buyer's responsibility and expense unless it is a wrong/defective product. All refunds must go through the online store.

If a product is to be returned, it can be mutually decided, the best way to return. 

If the product you have received which turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect or poor quality.

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase. If the payment was made through bank the following information are needed to be provided:
IBAN and ID. 

Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for item within 14 days. Exchanges exceeding 14 days will not be processed. 

In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that these following conditions are met:

  1. Product must be returned in its original packaging. 

  2. Product wasn't used or damaged. 

  3. Product must include original tags (if applicable). 

You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced. Note: Customer is responsible for shipping fee if any. 

You exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.

You are given the rights to exchange the item, One time. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.

You will be updated for the Return Status through their Email, provided that contact information is recorded to us.

Shipping Policy

Please review our Shipping Policy 

The processing time for orders is 2-5 working days, you can choose to have the order sent to your home or picked up at the nearest post office. Please note that if the product is sent home and the recipient is not at home when Postúrinn brings the package, it will be stored at the nearest post office and the recipient can pick it up from there. If the product is not in stock, we will contact you and inform you when the product will be ready, or refund if requested. Nordic Clothing is not responsible for lost shipments or damage that may occur to a product in transit. If a product is lost in the mail or is damaged from the time it is sent from Nordic Clothing warehouse to the person concerned, the damage is the responsibility of the buyer, who must claim compensation from Postúrinn. 

 

Payment and Shipping Cost

You can pay with credit and debit cards or by bank transfer. Nordic Clothing does not store any card information thanks to Rapyd card service which is a certified and encrypted environment. If the buyer wishes to pay by bank transfer, the payment must be made to the account of Nordic International Traders ehf. within 24 hours from the purchase and send a receipt from your home bank to Info@nordicclothing.is. If payment is not received within that time, the order is invalid.

(Need to Update once the account number is received. 

Account number is Shipping costs are ISK 999. for deliveries to the post office and home.Shipping method can be discussed mutually. If the order is with the 15KM of radius from the warehouse then the order will be delivered same day if customer place order before 14:00. Ordered placed after 14:00 will be processed next day.
